In this half-day seminar, we will talk about programming, mindset, how to assess athletes and develop everyone from world-class competitors to everyday athletes, and more.  There will not be any practical hands-on coaching in this seminar so it is open to anyone; coaches, soon to be coaches, and those that are just interested in self-betterment.
